With the opening of the economy to the private sector and the subsequent establishment of enterprises, as well as the changing laws in Egypt, the need for legal councillors to help with the legal matters and processes has been at an all time high.
Therefore the decision to establish Adel Kheir Law Office (AKLO) in 1980 was made in order to fullfill the needs of clients
Since then the firm has been delivering quality legal services and has also been at the forefront in the field of touristic legislation and arbitration
With the advent of commercial arbitration and the government rocognition of the field, a new decision was made to establish Adel Kheir Law and Arbitration Center (AKLAC)
The decision to establish AKLAC was based on the increasing significance of commercial arbitration within the new Egyptian arbitration Law no.27/1994 and internationally, which seemed to justify the need for forming an independent institute to collate and further pursue knowledge on arbitration as well as to promote arbitration as a training institute for arbitration and an information center on national, and international arbitration
In 1998 we've launched our website, becoming one of the first Egyptian entities to have a website
With the success of the firm another branch was established in New Cairo
